Kai Niethammer

Kai Niethammer has been working in the field of international corporate training and as a blended learning consultant since 2002. During this time, he has implemented various learning management systems, produced numerous digital learning contents on various topics, and developed and implemented blended learning strategies. During this time, the focus of his work shifted more and more to strategic topics. before he set up his own business, he led a global team at QIAGEN and was thus responsible for personnel development at QIAGEN worldwide.

Kai Niethammer has been supporting various companies on a freelance basis as a digital and blended learning consultant since 2019. He helped in the implementation or realization of digital teaching measures and the creation of training concepts as well as learning content. In May 2021, he founded the company Kai Niethammer Learning Consulting LLP to provide independent consulting services to companies.
