The Consulate General will suspend operations whenever the Hong Kong Observatory issues either a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning.

All scheduled appointments that are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will be automatically rescheduled by our office. Our consular staff will make direct contact with each affected individual to arrange new appointments once normal operations resume.
