We‘ll spend an hour discussing your team arrangements, challenges and eco system then introduce the necessary foundations to establish the PETALS framework to your teams. This is just the initial conversation before the actual implementation. We can then take your teams through the framework directly and arrange follow up retrospectives on how it’s helping.

 

If you would like to allow for more deeper conversations, exploring examples of previous successes and uncovering some of your own personal needs, I recommend extending this to 90-120 minutes. Any time you don't use, we can shift to a future review session.
