Delivered by a professionally licensed clinician (MA, MSW, CSM) & mental health expert, these focused one-hour coaching sessions offer practical tools and strategies to manage stress and improve well-being across work, career, and relationships. Integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and motivational interviewing, we'll work together to:
