Meisner Workshop

This intensive 1-on-1 workshop delves into the core principles of the Meisner Technique, a renowned method for developing authentic and emotionally resonant acting. Life Coaching & Skills Workshop**

Delivered by a professionally licensed clinical therapist (ACSW, MA, MSW) & mental health expert, these focused one-hour coaching sessions offer practical tools and strategies to manage stress and improve well-being across work, career, and relationships.
