2. Meet with the front desk to check in your device. You must complete the check in slip. Please list all items being checked in, including drives, power cables, USB adapters, or other items.

3. You will receive a call from one of our technicians within a day with a thorough diagnostic report regarding the diagnostic results of your storage device, a recommendation for the best course of action for best recovery results, and an email with and estimate for your service.

4. You will received a call informing you that your service has been completed.
