The Drop-Off Process

  • Please inform the receptionist that you are dropping off a device for KombDev.
  • Complete the provided intake slip at the desk.
  • Clearly itemize any accessories left with the device (e.g., chargers, power adapters). Note: Please only bring accessories that are necessary for the repair.

3. Diagnostics & Estimation

  • Your device will be assigned to a specialized technician. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email containing a comprehensive diagnostic report and a detailed repair estimate.

4. Service & Notification

  • Repairs will commence immediately upon your approval of the estimate. We will contact you promptly as soon as your device is repaired and ready for pickup.

Service Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. All services include the following guarantees:

  • Hardware Repairs: 3-Month Warranty (Covers the original issue; excludes liquid or accidental damage).
