- Required fields: `What-year-of-university-are-you-in` (What year of university are you in?), `title` (Subject(s) / Course(s)), `Which-university-do-you-attend` (Which university do you attend?), `name` (Student's Full Name), `email` (Student's email address)
- Optional fields: `What-are-your-learning-goals` (What are your learning goals?), `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Other email to notify, e.g. parent (they'll also get booking emails))
