Adele Satori is a life-long artist,
who loves following the “what-ifs” in life as inspiration for exploration.
She expresses herself creatively through music, writing, and other forms of art. She has been a featured musician on Insight Timer.
Adele loves how Instinctive Meditation® has brought her back to herself in ways she didn't even know had been tucked away. She has been co-teaching a creativity and meditation class for the past two years on the Radiance Sutras School of Meditation Mighty Networks platform.
It is her honour, as a 500-hour Authorized Instinctive Meditation® teacher, to guide others and walk with them on their own journeys of self discovery.
