NFA Form 4 (Fingerprints/Passport Photo)
Complete your Form 4 filing for Suppressors, SBRs, or other NFA items. We will handle your digital fingerprints and passport photos in-shop. Please bring a valid photo ID and any trust paperwork if filing under an entity.

FFL Transfer
Please schedule a pickup appointment only after our team has contacted you to confirm your firearm has been received, inventoried, and is ready for pickup. Scheduling before receiving confirmation may result in an unnecessary trip.
When scheduling your appointment, please include the following information in the notes section:

-Shipment Tracking Number (if available)
