CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY • Full payment is required to book a Signature Portrait Session. A non-refundable 20% portion of your total serves as a retainer to secure your date. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or travel changes) are eligible for an 80% refund. • If you miss the cancellation period but can't attend, rescheduling is permitted. • No-shows or unresponsive clients are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. COPYRIGHT TERMS & USAGE RIGHTS All images and videos are protected under U.S. copyright law and remain the photographer’s property. You receive personal use rights (print, share, and post for non-commercial use). Commercial use (business, branding, marketing...) requires a separate license and must be arranged before booking.
