# ZAKAT ASSESSMENT BOOKING with ALFURQAN ISLAMIC CENTRE

> Alfurqan Islamic Centre has partnered with National Zakat Foundation to distribute Zakat locally to those who are eligible. The project offers small grants to Muslims in the UK who are experiencing immediate financial problem. To be eligible you must be - Muslim - Be in the UK at the time of application and payment of the grant - Should be eligible to receive Zakat - Has not already received support from National Zakat Foundation within a year - No income or low income - Successful applicants will be given a one-off payment per application per 12-month period of £140. For family it will depend on the size of the family. ID e.g. passport or driving license. 2. Proof of address 3. Latest bank statement if you receive UC or working. 4. Universal Credit Statement Note: Please bring the documents of all individuals if you are applying as family e.g. spouse ID, and children IDs.
