- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `telephone` (Numéro de téléphone (pour être recontacté·e si besoin)), `title` (N'hésitez pas à me donner un maximum d'informations sur vos besoins (thématique, public, format, nombre de personnes, lieu, etc.))
- Optional fields: `notes` (Voulez-vous ajouter quelque chose ?), `guests` (Add guests)
