The review provides an opportunity to reconnect with Alison after completing your Healing Journey sessions, reflect on the changes you have experienced, ask questions and discuss how you can continue supporting your wellbeing.

This appointment is a brief review and integration conversation rather than a full healing session.

Please use the same name and email address used to purchase your Healing Journey. Your private booking link is valid for one appointment only and cannot be transferred to another person.

The review takes place through Google Meet. No additional payment is required.

The Healing Journey offers personalized support over a series of sessions, allowing each appointment to build upon the previous one.

Your Healing Journey includes:

• One 90-minute Initial Healing Session
• Two 60-minute Follow-up Healing Sessions
• A personalized Healing Plan
• One 15-minute Integration Review
• Continued Care sessions at $100 USD for six months from the purchase date

The complete Healing Journey costs $370 USD. During booking, you will pay for the package and schedule your first 90-minute Initial Healing Session.

If you have received a valid $10 Discovery Call credit, it may be applied when booking within seven days of your Discovery Call payment.

After booking and payment, Alison will email your intake and consent forms. Please complete and return both forms at least 12 hours before your Initial Healing Session.

You will also receive two separate private, one-use booking links for your prepaid Follow-up Sessions and one private, one-use link for your Integration Review. No additional payment is required when using these links.

All appointments take place online through Google Meet.

During this 60-minute online appointment, you will have time to discuss what has changed since your previous session, any new concerns and what you would most like support with now.

Alison will create a personalized healing session that builds upon your previous work while responding to the current priorities of your body and mind. Every follow-up session is different because it is guided by what you need at that time.

Please inform Alison before the appointment if there have been any significant changes to your health, medication or circumstances.

This session costs $120 USD and takes place through Google Meet.

During this 90-minute online appointment, Alison will take time to understand your history, current concerns and what you would most like support with. She will then create a personalized healing session using the approaches best suited to you.

You do not need to choose a particular technique before booking. Alison combines her training, experience and intuition while working with the innate wisdom and priorities of your body.

After booking, your intake and consent forms will be delivered to you by email. Please complete and return both forms to Alison at least 12 hours before your scheduled session.

The Discovery Call costs $10 USD. If you decide to book the Healing Journey, or an Initial Intake BodyTalk Session, your $10 payment may be used as a credit when applied within seven days.
