Amit Jain, a Chartered Accountant, registered valuer (Securities & Financial Assets) and CFA Level III candidate, brings >15 years of experience with more than 400 valuation assignments.

He has handled assignments across industries such as Pharma, Auto ancillary, FMCG, e-commerce, Real Estate, Logistics, NBFC, etc. required for mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, private equity funding and various financial and regulatory requirements such as AIF regulations, FEMA, Income tax act, Companies Act, etc.

Amit has worked with Ernst & Young and PwC where he has led the valuation team and handled multiple and complex assignments simultaneously.
