Sportrack.io 60-Minute Onboarding Session Breakdown
1. Welcome & Platform Introduction (10 minutes)
• Brief overview of Sportrack.io’s mission: supporting athletes by connecting them with sponsors and covering sports expenses.
• Introduction to the platform’s features, including athlete, sponsor, and fan profiles, and how the wallet system works for payments and expense coverage.
2. Personal & Sponsorship Goal Setting (10 minutes)
• One-on-one or small-group discussions to identify each athlete’s personal objectives and sponsorship needs.
• Aligning athlete goals with available sponsorship opportunities.
3. Profile Setup & Digital Tools (15 minutes)
• Guided walkthrough to create or optimise the athlete’s online profile for maximum sponsor visibility.
• Training on uploading training data, managing achievements, and using digital resources provided by Sportrack.io.
4. Sponsor Matching & Partnership Process (10 minutes)
• Explanation of how athletes are matched with sponsors and how sponsorship offers are managed through the platform.
• Demonstration of accepting sponsorships, which triggers direct funds transfer to the athlete’s wallet for immediate use on sports expenses.
5. Q&A and Feedback (10 minutes)
• Open floor for athletes to ask questions about the platform, sponsorship process, or technical issues.
• Collecting feedback on the onboarding experience to improve future sessions.
6. Next Steps & Ongoing Support (5 minutes)
• Overview of support channels, including access to onboarding officers and community resources.
• Setting up regular check-ins to monitor progress and ensure readiness for sponsorship opportunities.
