# Career Clarity Session (HP) with Andra Nuta

> Stuck in decision paralysis about your next career move? Let's fix that. You've got the experience and the drive, but you can't stop going back and forth between options, and the more you think about it, the further away you feel from an answer. The Career Clarity Session is designed to get you unstuck. In 75 focused minutes, we'll work through the one thing that's keeping you spinning right now, and you'll leave with a clear direction and a plan you can act on. How it works When you book, you'll answer a few questions about your situation and career history so we can hit the ground running. Depending on what you're looking to work on, I might also send you a career mapping worksheet to complete before we meet. In the session, we'll focus on tackling one main challenge you're facing right now. That might be figuring out what kinds of roles actually fit your experience, building a career narrative you can use in interviews and conversations, or mapping out your next concrete steps. Within a few days of our session, you'll receive a detailed written report with notes from our conversation and a set of action items to move forward with. Cancellation policy Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
