Angela Gardner

Angela Gardner is an Executive Coach and leadership advisor with more than 30 years of experience

partnering with C-suite executives and high-potential leaders across public companies, PE-backed firms, founder-led organizations, and nonprofits.

Most recently Angela served as Partner-in-Charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office, where she advised clients across media, entertainment, and consumer technology sectors on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, she built and led Fox Entertainment Group’s first in-house talent function, supporting several major acquisitions and the formation of Hulu. She also served as Head of Global Executive Recruiting at Yahoo!.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Bangor University, which also awarded her an Honorary

Fellowship for contributions to leadership and diversity. She is a Hudson Institute Certified Coach and

holds ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. She is also certified in Hogan

Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and is a Lumina Spark Practitioner.
