- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (What brand do you work for/group do you lead?)
- Optional fields: `Referral` (How'd you hear about me?), `anything-else` (Anything else I should know before we chat?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is optional; without it the booking uses the event’s first location.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 15, 30; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
