Before we meet, you’ll answer a few questions so I can understand what you’re moving through and how you’d like this meditation to support you.
2. A meditation designed just for you.
I’ll craft a meditation based on your answers, your preferred style, tone, and any personal details you’d like me to weave in.
3. Real-time connection.
We meet on Google Meet, where I’ll guide you through the meditation in real time & hold space so you can relax and process whatever you’re feeling. You don’t have to walk through this alone.
4. Your personal recording to keep.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personal recording: both a downloadable file and a private YouTube link, so you can return to your meditation anytime you need it.

This session recording is for your personal use only, a sacred space you can return to again and again, whenever life calls for a little extra care.
