- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (What services are you looking for?), `Find` (How did you find me?)
- Optional fields: `guests` (Add guests), `url` (Current Website/Project), `notes` (Additional notes), `budget` (What is your budget for the project?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 15, 20, 30; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
