Ashka Healing

If you’re feeling called to work together but would like to connect first, I warmly invite you to schedule a complimentary intro discovery call with me. This is a time for us to meet by phone or video to see if the energy feels aligned to work together, as well as for me to tell you about my offerings and coaching packages. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions, share what’s on your heart, and get a sense of who I am and how I hold space. It’s important to me that you feel safe, supported, and fully prepared for your healing journey, and this call is here to help you feel into whether you'd like me along for this journey to help guide you.

Reiki works with energy, which flows beyond time and space—making distance sessions just as effective as in-person healing. In this 45-minute session, you simply rest in your own space while I channel Reiki energy to support chakra clearing, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. I work with crystals on my end to support specific energy centres, and begin each session by pulling an oracle card to receive additional guidance. Through guided intention, energetic transmission, and deep presence, I channel universal life force energy to support balance, clarity, and release on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. You don’t need to do anything but rest and receive.

Each session is customized to your needs—whether you're feeling anxious, creatively blocked, energetically drained, or simply seeking peace. I may also intuitively incorporate sound, visualization, or messages that come through during the session. Afterward, I’ll send you a short written reflection with any impressions, messages, or themes that emerged.
