Ashley is the resident Enrolled Agent at NW Taxperts. They have been preparing taxes for 8 years and enjoys the challenges of tax-related puzzles. They are the child of the founders of NWT, Heather's twin, and Melinda's wife. When they aren't preparing returns and chatting with clients, Ashley enjoys playing with their (foster) kids and video games.

Appointment for a video chat with Ashley over any video platform that is comfortable for you.

Prepare for about an hour for this meeting, as your tax preparer may complete your tax forms while you're on the call! We will also need all necessary documents before your scheduled appointments. See the instructions for the secure link below.

Let us know if you have a preference for video platform. We prefer Zoom for its stability and screen sharing option.

1 - Click on this Link: https://transfer.pcloud.com/ (If link doesn’t work just

copy and paste into your Browser)

2 - Place [email protected] in the "Send to" Line

3 - Place your email address in the “From” Line

4 - Write your First Name and the number of documents you’re sending in

the “Message” Line

5 - Add your files using the directions in the box on the left

6 - Click the "Encrypt Your Files" link (you’ll see this above your files in the

Box) and put in your encryption code which will be the First Four letters of

your last name (all lower case) and the last four numbers of your Social

Security Number. If your name has only three letters use them in lower case.

7 - Click on “Enable Encryption”

8 - Click on “Send Files”
