ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm BACKKKKKKK, but NOT better than ever...still recovering from Baby Romeo's Birth on 7/13/2025. I went 17 days post due date so it set my return back more than expected. I did have a successful & healthy homebirth thanks to my care team! I'm only available for 60 min sessions 2 days a week as I transition back. Session is based on individual needs and can include any or all of the following: Bodywork, Breathwork, Percussion Therapy, Active Release Technique (ART), Cupping, Graston/Gua Sha, IASTM, Stretching, Hot Towels, KT tape application.
