Payment: cash, card, Venmo or check * no tip is expected, flat fee. I do not accept medical insurance; however, I can provide a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company to try and get partial or full reimbursement. Pricing as of May 2024:

45 Minute Recovery Session, Cupping & Compression Boots: $100

60 Minute Session: $120

90 Minute Session: $175

Gift Cards are available upon request.

What to Expect: Arrive 15 min before session to use restroom. A bathroom key is located near front desk of Treehouse Coworking entry. Clean and well-maintained bathroom is located near Helens Haven and across from Nito Boxing. Please wait in front lobby for your session, if after 5pm front door may be locked and Kelly will come get you. Appointment will start on time with a brief consultation on appointment expectations and what the client would like to focus on.

What to wear: Can undress to your comfort level, some clients prefer to keep bottoms on, ALL clients will be covered properly regardless of partially clothed or nude. *Cold Plunge attire can be a modestly covered bathing suit or clean workout clothes such as sports bra/ spandex bottoms/ shorts/ board shorts.

Late or need to reschedule: contact via text ASAP 908-619-1453 All sessions must end on time to respect the following clients scheduled timeslot and cleaning procedure to reset the room.

Parking: Location is Kahala across from the Kahala Mall between Assaggio's, Domo Cafe, Helens Haven. Can park for FREE in any of the 2-hour guest parking spots in either lot or behind the building near Petland, Great Harvest or F45.
