25–35 minutes: Identify one or two quick wins you could start using right away
35–45 minutes: Answer questions and outline clear next steps

Before our meeting, imagine you suddenly had five smart, reliable assistants who never get tired and could learn any task you show them.

What work would you give them so you could focus on the activities that actually grow your business?

These could be anything from answering the same customer questions over and over to chasing down information to preparing quotes or reports.

Think about the tasks in your day that are repetitive, time-consuming, or simply not the best use of your time.

Please bring a few examples to our meeting. The more specific you can be, the easier it will be for us to explore how AI could handle those tasks for you, giving you back time and energy to focus on what matters most.
