# 1:1 Clarity Workshop with Aurdei

> Please read before booking the session Often, your brand doesn’t need a fresh look — it needs clarity. This 1:1 Clarity Workshop is for founders and stakeholders who want a sharper outside perspective on a specific brand or business problem. We can talk about anything from positioning, audience, markets, and growth to identity, website, packaging, or a key business decision. In this 60-minute session, we’ll clarify: What the actual problem is What you should prioritize What doesn’t need fixing What does need fixing How to fix it An action plan with concrete next steps After the call, you’ll receive a short document summarising: What we discussed The agreed direction Your action plan and next steps If your challenge is broader than one session If, by the end of the session, we realise your problem is multi-layered and requires a deeper, project-based engagement, we’ll outline a recommended approach. In this case, the workshop fee will be credited toward your future project with us. Cancellation & rescheduling policy You can cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee; the remaining amount will be refunded. You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the session, subject to availability. No-shows (without prior notice and a valid reason) are non-refundable. If I cancel the session, you’ll receive a full refund. If I reschedule, I’ll offer you alternative slots based on my availability.
