I'm a trauma-informed counsellor with a background in Somatic EMDR, CBT, Holistic Health, and Mindfulness. My work centres around self-worth, relationships, nervous system healing, and supporting people in healing from childhood wounds. I offer gentle, grounded support alongside practical tools to help you navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

A free, no-pressure call to explore whether working together is the right fit. We'll briefly chat about what you're currently navigating, what kind of support you're looking for, and how I may be able to help. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions and get a feel for my approach.

Initial Consultation

This 60 minute session is a comprehensive intake designed to give you the space to share your story, your history, and what you’re currently moving through.

During this session, we will:

  • Understand the patterns, challenges, and goals bringing you into therapy
  • Get to know your nervous system and how stress, triggers, and emotions show up for you
  • Identify blocks, needs, and what you want to shift in your healing
  • Discuss what therapeutic approach will best support you (Somatic EMDR, ACT, CBT, parts-work–informed, mindfulness, or a blended approach)
  • Clarify a direction and outline the best way forward for your journey

This is also a chance for you to share anything that feels important, ask questions, and get a sense of what it’s like to work together.

My intention is to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we map out what healing may look like for you.

You’ll leave this session with greater clarity, a personalised therapeutic plan, and an understanding of the tools we’ll use to help you reconnect with self-worth, emotional regulation, and nervous system safety.

Book a follow up session

This session builds on the foundation we created in your initial consultation. Each follow-up session is tailored to your needs, your pace, and what is present for you on the day.

Depending on your goals and what arises in the session, we may work with:

  • Somatic EMDR to process emotional charges and unresolved experiences
  • ACT & CBT to shift limiting beliefs and strengthen emotional flexibility
  • Mindfulness and nervous system tools to support regulation, grounding, and resilience
  • Parts-informed work to deepen self-understanding and self-compassion
  • Psychoeducation to help you make sense of your patterns, triggers, and emotional responses

This is your space to explore what’s coming up, unpack patterns, process emotions safely, and practise new ways of relating to yourself and the world.

Each session is collaborative: we check in with where you’re at, adjust the approach if needed, and make sure you feel supported and aligned with each step of your healing process.

You’ll leave each session with insights, practical tools, and a clearer sense of your progress and next steps.
