• The life insurance company name and product type
• How much life insurance did they quote you
• What is your monthly or annual premium set for
• The health rating they are quoting you
• Any additional riders, features, or benefits they added
• Your short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial goals
• A budget showing your monthly income minus expenses
