BATTISTI MEDIATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please free to schedule the mediations for either a morning (9:00am through 12:00pm)

or afternoon (1:00 through 4:00pm) session. If an entire day is needed, please book both

the morning and afternoon sessions so we can allow you the time to complete your

mediation.

Battisti Mediations standard rate for a Civil Matter is $450.00 per hour, with a 3 hour

minimum charge for a half day mediation, and 5 hour minimum for a mediation scheduled

for the entire day.  Additional charges may be incurred if the mediator requires additional

preparation efforts, and will be disclosed in advance where possible.

Battisti Mediation services are exclusively provided via Zoom Video Conferencing. If your

needs require additional services, please contact us directly, and we will attempt to

accommodate your wishes. Our firm will notice all parties to the mediation, and

coordinate the Zoom proceeding.

Parties scheduling a mediation with Battisti Mediations, agree to remit payment for the

session no later than 7 days after the receipt of our invoice. Attorneys who schedule

mediations with our firm, agree that they will be fully responsible for payment of the

invoice on behalf of their client. Battisti Mediations will pursue payment from the attorney

only, and not pursue any parties involved in the mediation, in the event the payment is not

timely issued. Once the payment of the invoice is late, we will add 5% per month (or 1.7%

daily) to the amount of the outstanding invoice.
