- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (E-mail address), `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone Number), `zdrowie` (Is there anything about your health (e.g. allergies, tension, reflux, breathing problems) that is worth knowing about to safely work with your voice?), `zrodlo` (How do you know about me?)
- Optional fields: `Student-s-Age` (Student's Age), `I-choose-a-lesson` (I choose a lesson:), `dlugosc` (How long have you been singing), `umiejetnosci` (How would you describe your vocal skills?), `piosenka` (It's a good idea to bring one song to your first meeting, pre-selected, that you feel ready to sing. It doesn't have to be difficult or "ambitious." The song is just a starting point, not a test. If you already have a title, you can enter it right away in additional notes.), `notes` (Additional notes)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is optional; without it the booking uses the event’s first location.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 30, 60; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
