- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `sujet` (Qu’aimerais-tu travailler ou explorer lors de cette séance ?), `objectif` (Y a-t-il un objectif précis que tu souhaites atteindre ?), `ressentis` (Comment te sens-tu actuellement par rapport à ce sujet ?), `passif` (As-tu déjà fait ce type de travail (coaching, Ayurveda, théâtre) auparavant ?), `infos` (Y a-t-il des informations spécifiques que je devrais connaître avant notre séance ?)
