This calendar is for anyone on Medicare who wants an annual review of their Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plan during the Annual Enrollment Period. A Scope of Appointment form must be completed 48 hours before the meeting, and scheduling a time alone does not confirm the appointment.
