Creating multi-person booking slots

Simplify scheduling with Cal.com

Scheduling meetings can be a hassle, especially if you're trying to organize events that involve more than one person. However, a tool like Cal.com can transform a previously stressful process into an efficient task that takes barely a minute.

Our product is simple: make a Cal.com account, add your availability schedule, and connect it to your current digital calendars. Once you've done this, you only have to set up a couple of bookable events. Cal.com will cross-reference your availability schedule and digital calendars to ensure that booking slots are offered when you're available. You can share your Cal.com profile and individual booking links or embed it on your website.

One of the nice things about Cal.com is that it can be used to arrange meetings with multiple people via our dynamic booking feature or our booking seats feature.

Introducing booking seats:

Cal.com's dynamic booking links are excellent when working with other people who also have Cal.com accounts. However, booking seats simplifies things when some people don’t have a Cal.com account. Booking seats work by letting the system know how many people can book each time slot. This is great if the event is for a new employee orientation, a group interview, or team building session. Depending on the type of event it is, you can choose whether or not to share attendee information with all guests. You can also utilize Cal.com's booking limits feature to control how often this group event is booked. For example, you can make this event only available once a day or once per week – it's up to you.

How to add booking seats to an event:

  • Log into your Cal.com  account.

  • Select the event that you wish to edit.

  • Scroll down to the "Advanced" tab.

  • Click the "Offer Seats" toggle.

  • Select the number of seats you want to offer.

  • Choose whether or not to share attendee info with guests.

  • Once done, click the "Save" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Creating booking slots that accommodate multiple people is easy and straightforward. Once you've made a group event, all you have to do is share the link or embed the event on your website. Remember, Cal.com group events can happen in person, over the phone, or via video conference. No matter what type of meeting you need to schedule, Cal.com can help you do it stress-free.
