Hello! We’re thrilled to share this month’s exciting updates, especially valuable for teams. The past weeks brought major advancements to our round-robin scheduling, Salesforce integration features and our platform offering. Read on to see what’s new this month, and as always, thank you for being part of our journey.d to share all the new features and updates we’ve been working on! Here’s a look at what’s new.

Round-robin scheduling enhancements

We've introduced several improvements to make round-robin scheduling more efficient and flexible for teams, especially valuable for those in sales and healthcare, where unique scheduling needs are essential. Some key new updates include:

  • Monthly booking counts: We’ve refined how we calculate booking allocations. Now, only bookings created within the current month are counted, rather than all historical bookings, which gives a more accurate view of current workload distribution.

  • New availability rule for sales: For sales teams, booking immediacy is critical. To avoid prospects booking too far in advance, we’ve added a rule that defaults to normal round-robin scheduling if the primary contact owner has no open slot within two weeks. This ensures prospects book sooner, boosting sales efficiency.

  • Custom availability per event type: Hosts can now have unique availability schedules for different event types. This update is perfect for healthcare and returning patient visits, where follow-up schedules can be set without impacting new client availability.

  • Manual reassignment of hosts: Organizations team members can now manually reassign hosts, even if marked as busy, providing a reason for the change. This feature enhances flexibility and ensures that client appointments are promptly managed.
