# 60-Minute Herbal Consultation with BloomNFlourish

> A comprehensive, 60-minute virtual consultation with a BloomNFlourish health practitioner for a deeper discussion of your wellness goals, health history, and daily habits. We’ll review relevant intake information, explore personalized herbal and lifestyle support, and discuss practical next steps, with time for your questions. Before your appointment Please complete your health intake form at least 48 hours before your appointment so your practitioner has time to review it. Complete the BloomNFlourish intake form Please use the same name and email address you used when booking. Provide health details through the intake form rather than the booking fields. Personalized recommendations require a completed intake and consultation. Practitioner requests You may request a specific practitioner when booking. Requests are subject to availability. We’ll contact you if your selected appointment time needs to change. After your consultation You’ll receive a brief written recap of the main points discussed, agreed herbal and lifestyle recommendations, and practical next steps, including any suggested follow-up appointment. Your consultation also includes one clarification email within seven days of your appointment for questions about the recommendations provided. Please send your questions together in one email. New concerns, changes to your recommendations, and additional consultation time require a separate booking. A follow-up call is not included. Fee: $152. Herbal products are purchased separately. Herbal education and wellness support do not replace medical care.
