- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (Business Name), `Username` (Instagram Username), `services` (Which service are you interested in?), `about-business` (Describe your business and the products/services you offer), `Struggles` (What are you struggling with and how can I help you?)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Is there anything else you would like to share with me before our meeting?), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
