Patient Update Assessment + Treatment
Recommended for returning patients who have not attended the clinic in more than six months or who would benefit from an updated assessment before resuming or continuing care. This appointment allows time to review your current concerns, reassess your needs, and ensure you have a clear plan moving forward.
Fee: $150 CAD.
