It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing allowing flexible movement.

To save time, please also ensure you have completed and returned your pre-assessment form. However, don't worry if you are unable to complete the form as we can still complete it in session.

Please note, we request rescheduling and cancelations are made at minimum of 24 hours prior to our appointment. Please get in touch immediately if you have to amend your appointment. Any changes made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee for the full amount of the session.
