Coaching Discovery
30-minute intro to see if there's a fit. Bring the one thing you'd want to work on first. I'll bring context on how I coach and what the next three months would look like if we move forward.
If we're a fit, I'll send you a structure for the engagement. If we're not, you'll leave with a clearer read on what kind of coach you actually need.
No prep. Don't write anything down. The most useful version of this call is when you walk in honest about what you're trying to solve. Two things I'll probably ask: what does the next year of your career look like if it goes well, and what's the part you're avoiding.

Speaking Inquiry
Quick intro to scope a speaking engagement. We'll spend 30 minutes on what your audience needs, what I've been working on, and which format fits the room. Keynote, panel, fireside, workshop, or something custom.
If we're a fit, we'll talk logistics from there. If we're not, I'll point you toward someone who is.
Once you book, no prep needed. The intake answers you sent are enough. The video link will be in your calendar invite, and you can reschedule from that invite if anything changes.
