An in-depth $750 90-minute diagnostic engagement for business owners and organizational leaders who need expert analysis of a specific business issue, system, report, dashboard, CRM workflow, or operational process.


This fixed-fee engagement includes advance review of one relevant document, dashboard, report, or workflow, followed by a focused 90-minute strategy session.


During the session, we will identify the central issue, evaluate available options, and develop prioritized recommendations.


After the meeting, you will receive a concise action roadmap outlining the primary findings, recommended next steps, and immediate priorities. You may also submit one follow-up question within seven calendar days.


Please submit all review materials at least 24 hours before the appointment. Advance review cannot be guaranteed for materials submitted after that deadline.

After the meeting, you will receive a concise written summary of the primary recommendations and action items discussed.
