- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (Organization and role), `notes` (What do you want to build or fix?)
- Optional fields: `guests` (Add guests), `who-and-where` (Who will use it, and where?), `Is-there-a-date-it-needs-to-work-by` (Is there a date it needs to work by?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `location` is optional; without it the booking uses the event’s first location.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 30, 45, 60; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
