Le coaching est destiné aux personnes ayant une bonne santé émotionnelle et psychologique, qui sont prêtes à travailler vers leurs objectifs et leurs rêves. Les coachés devront être disposés et motivés à faire un travail d'introspection.

Lors de l’accompagnement, nous aborderons divers sujets tels que vos valeurs, votre vitalité, vos pensées parasites et limitantes, vos objectifs, ainsi que vos blocages. Nous travaillerons ensemble pour éclaircir vos zones d'ombre. J'utiliserai des questions, des exercices, et des visualisations pour vous accompagner dans un processus de prise de conscience.

L'objectif de cette séance découverte est de mieux nous connaître. Pour moi, il est important de comprendre vos objectifs et vos blocages, de savoir ce que vous recherchez dans un accompagnement, afin de vous aider au mieux lors de nos séances.

La séance découverte se fera sur Whereby et durera environ 30 minutes.

Si l'alchimie fonctionne bien entre nous, il est possible de poursuivre par un accompagnement de coaching de 3 ou 6 séances. J'offre aussi la possibilité de combiner l'Ostéopathie et le Coaching avec mon programme de 10 semaines OSTEOMIND.

Das Coaching richtet sich an Personen mit guter emotionaler und psychologischer Gesundheit, die bereit sind, an ihren Zielen und Träumen zu arbeiten. Die Klienten sollten bereit und motiviert sein, an einer introspektiven Arbeit teilzunehmen.

Während des Begleitprozesses werden wir verschiedene Themen behandeln, wie Ihre Werte, Ihre Vitalität, störende und begrenzende Gedanken, Ihre Ziele und Ihre Blockaden. Gemeinsam werden wir daran arbeiten, Ihre Schattenseiten zu erhellen. Ich werde Fragen, Übungen und Visualisierungen verwenden, um Sie in einem Prozess des Bewusstwerdens zu begleiten.

Das Ziel dieser Entdeckungssitzung ist es, uns besser kennenzulernen.

Für mich ist es wichtig, Ihre Ziele und Blockaden zu verstehen, zu wissen, wonach Sie in einer Begleitung suchen, um Ihnen während unserer Sitzungen bestmöglich zu helfen.

Die Entdeckungssitzung findet auf Whereby statt und dauert ca. 30 Minuten.

Wenn die Chemie zwischen uns stimmt, besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Coaching-Begleitung von 3 oder 6 Sitzungen fortzusetzen. Ich biete auch die Möglichkeit an, Osteopathie und Coaching mit meinem 10-wöchigen Programm OSTEOMIND zu kombinieren.

A session cost 60€ and can be paid in cash or per PayPal after the treatment.
