After years of working with startups and service businesses in cloud accounting and compliance, I identified a recurring gap in professional firms: unstructured lead handling, inconsistent proposals, weak onboarding controls, and revenue leakage.

PracticeStacks was built to solve this operational problem. It converts fragmented firm processes into measurable workflows — Lead → Proposal → Onboarding → Billing — with accountability at every stage.
