Chloe offers a free initial chat so you have an opportunity to see what it would be like to work together, discuss what you wish to gain from having counselling and to explore if Chloe's approaches would suit you. It is also important to identify any potential barriers, particularly if English is not your first language. The online meeting is up to 20 minutes in length. If you do not connect at our arranged time, Chloe will be available online for 5 minutes, before ending the appointment. Towards the end of the consultation, we will discuss how you wish to proceed and if you would like to book your first counselling session - there is no obligation to continue if you feel it is not right for you or you would like time to think about it.

The consultation is not a counselling session.
Online counselling sessions are only bookable on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays, depending on availability. Please be aware there may be a waiting list.
