During this one-hour session, we’ll revisit what we previously worked on, discuss what has changed, identify what may no longer be working, and make practical adjustments to your plan, routine, systems, or priorities.

Whether life got busy, your goals changed, or you simply need some additional support and accountability, The Reset is your space to pause, reassess, and move forward with a plan that works for where you are now.

Before our session, you’ll receive a list of financial information to gather and submit so we can make the most of our time together. During the one-hour session, we’ll discuss your income, recurring expenses, spending habits, debt, savings goals, upcoming financial priorities, and any areas where you feel you need more structure or accountability.

Please note: Your personalized budget is not created during this session. Following our meeting, Personalized Budget Creation can be added as a separate service. Once completed, we’ll schedule a separate session to walk through your budget together, make sure you understand the plan, and discuss any necessary adjustments.

Need help staying on track?
Ongoing Budget Monitoring & Check-Ins are also available on a weekly or monthly basis for clients who want continued accountability, budget reviews, progress tracking, and adjustments as life and financial priorities change. A hands-on session designed to help you take control of your time, calendar, and commitments. Together, we’ll review your current schedule, responsibilities, routines, and priorities and create a system that works with your actual life. Depending on your needs, we can organize or set up your digital calendar, add and categorize recurring commitments, schedule important tasks and appointments, create reminders, establish time blocks, and identify where you may be overcommitting your time.
