90 min meeting with Claire Mordret over Google Meet or In Person (Attendee Address). During this first consultation, we will carry out a detailed information assessment. As part of a functional nutrition consultation, you will also be offered a complementary micronutritional, clinical, functional, and environmental assessment in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how your body functions and the symptoms you are experiencing. Why is this consultation essential? It allows me to gather all the necessary information to understand your habits, needs, and goals. This thorough assessment forms the foundation of your future personalised action plan. You will also leave the consultation with initial, practical recommendations that you can start implementing immediately after the appointment.
