Let's create a strategy that works for you!
The Clarity Session — 60-Minute
One hour, one to one with me
You've got a decision in front of you and you keep going back and forth on it. An offer on the table. A promotion that hasn't happened and nobody will tell you why. A pivot you've been thinking about for a year. A conversation with your manager you don't know how to start.
You come with what's on your mind.
What you get
- A 60-minute call, and I tell you what I actually think.
- A written action plan within 72 hours. Your next 3 to 5 moves, in the order to do them, starting with the one to do this week.
- The recording, yours to keep.
- One follow-up email within 7 days, once you've started acting on it.
Don't book this if what you actually want is your material rewritten. That's the Positioning Plan, and you'd be paying for this hour twice.
The Positioning Plan — Working Session
One hour with me, then 7 working days of my writing
You're applying and hearing nothing back. Recruiters keep bringing you roles a level below where you already were. You're explaining your own background over and over because your resume isn't doing it for you. Years of good work, and it reads flat on the page.
I do the asking.
We start with an hour
- A 60-minute working session where I ask the questions. What you actually did, not what the job title says. Why you left. What you were quietly responsible for that nobody ever wrote down. And what you're not telling me because you assume it doesn't count.
- The things people underplay are almost always the things worth leading with. The team you ran that was never in your title. The system you rebuilt that everyone still uses. The client nobody else could handle. None of that comes out of a questionnaire, which is why we talk first.
Then I write
- A positioning statement, and what's currently getting in its way. One sentence you can say out loud when someone asks what you do. Then the specific things your material is making people misread: the title that meant something different where you earned it, the employer nobody here recognises, the gap you've never explained, the sector move that reads as a step back when it wasn't.
- Your target roles, named. The actual job titles your experience already supports in this market, which one to go after first and why, and the one or two things you'd need to be credible for the level above that. You can put these titles straight into a search the same day.
- Your resume rewritten in full. Every role rewritten around what you owned, what it was worth, and what changed because you were the one doing it. Not comments in the margin for you to action yourself, and not a light tidy-up.
- Your LinkedIn rewritten to match. Headline, About section, the wording on every role, and your skills reordered so the right things surface when recruiters search. Same story as the resume, told the way LinkedIn actually gets read.
- One round of revisions across all of it. You read everything, you tell me what doesn't sound like you, and I change it. Your name goes on this, so it has to sound like you said it.
The Six-Week Partnership — Scoping Call
3 sessions across 6 weeks
You're actually making the move, and it's going to run over weeks. There's a negotiation coming. There's politics inside your own organization to handle. There are interviews you get one shot at. And somewhere in the middle there'll be a week where you want to drop the whole thing.
I stay with you through it.
What you get
- Everything in the Positioning Plan: the document, your resume and LinkedIn rewritten, and a revision round.
- 3 sessions across 6 weeks while the move is actually happening. Week 1 is what you're going after. Week 3 is the approach, once your materials are done. Week 6 is the ask.
- A salary and market brief, so you know your number before you're asked for it.
- A 90-day plan at the end.
- Recordings of all 3 sessions.
I take 2 of these at a time. Don't buy this if what you need is documents. That's the Positioning Plan, for less than half.
Quarterly Mentoring — Group of 5
Five people. One hour a week for four weeks. Runs four times a year.
What happens in the room
This one is deliberately wider than career. The promotion that keeps not happening, the business you keep almost starting, the ambition you've never said out loud to anybody, or the growing sense that you're doing well at something you're not sure you still want.
There's no curriculum and that's the point. We work on whatever the 5 of you actually bring. Your career doesn't sit in a separate box from the rest of your life, and I think that's exactly why so much career advice turns out to be useless.
- 4 hours with me, an hour a week, with the same 5 people throughout
- A proper turn on your own case, twice across the month
- By week 2 everybody knows your situation, which matters more than people expect
- A written plan you leave with, plus the recordings
5 seats each round · next group opens each quarter
Two people go deep each session while the rest of you work the same question against your own situation. That's why it stays at five.
