Right now I shape Learning-as-a-Service and AI transformation for Microsoft customers at TechM-Allyis, including leadership of the AI Center of Excellence and AI Council. Before that: Vice President of Learning & Development (IT) at Capital Group; global L&D leadership for Digital leadership programs at GE Digital; and a long run building readiness and consulting capability at Microsoft.

As a coach I’m a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach (Team + Global Leadership Assessment / 360) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). I work with executives on lasting behavior change — you, the team, and the larger organism.
