Appointments for Visa and Passport Application Submission.
The Consulate General will suspend operations whenever the Hong Kong Observatory issues either a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning.
All scheduled appointments that are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will be automatically rescheduled by our office. Our consular staff will make direct contact with each affected individual to arrange new appointments once normal operations resume.

Renunciation
To begin the process of renouncing your Panamanian citizenship, you must bring the following documents to the Consulate in person:
- Application Form duly signed and authenticated at the Consulate, or apostilled at Hong Kong High Court (form attached).
- Photocopy of the pages containing the photo and personal data of your current valid Panamanian Passport.
- Photocopy of your Panamanian Identity Card.
- Photocopy of your Panamanian Birth Certificate.
Bring the original documents of identity for their validation.
Criminal Record
To obtain a referral letter from this Consulate, you are required to submit the documents in person.
