# Property management chat with Clarence T. Archibald IV

> A 30-minute consultation for real estate investors and aspiring investors in the Detroit area. We'll talk through your goals, capital, timeline, and how we can help you source, renovate, or scale. IMPORTANT: This call is for investors & property managers. If you're looking for a place to rent for yourself or your family, this isn't the right stop. Visit greatlakespmg.com/rentals and our leasing team will take care of you. No-shows and mis-routed calls (renters who book this) will be rescheduled or canceled.
