This meeting marks the official start of your Wedding Management experience. We’ll review the planning completed to date, identify any remaining priorities, establish key deadlines, and outline the roadmap for the final months leading to your wedding. Our goal is to ensure every detail is organized, every vendor is accounted for, and the transition into event management is seamless.

Design Planning Meeting - Design Service Clients

MUST HAVE DESIGN SERVICES BOOKED PRIOR TO SCHEDULING.

This design-focused planning session is where creative vision meets intentional execution. We’ll refine the aesthetic direction of your celebration, evaluate design concepts, and make key decisions regarding florals, décor, layout, color palette, rentals, and overall guest experience.


The goal is to create a cohesive design framework that guides every visual element of the event and ensures each detail contributes to a thoughtful, elevated, and seamless celebration.
